Scoles Manor Barns are set within 30 acres of countryside between Kingston and Corfe Castle. This idyllic setting, provides a relaxing haven, with outstanding panoramic views towards Corfe Castle and across the Isle of Purbeck. There is a choice of two adjoining character barn conversions, providing superb self-catering holiday accommodation. The barns have recently been modernised, keeping many original features, including traditional wooden beams, sloping ceilings and stonework.

The Great Barn is a character 3 bedroom barn conversion, comfortably sleeping 6 adults, plus 2 children. On entering The Great Barn, on the ground floor, you walk into a hall leading to the bedrooms and shower rooms, and with stairs up to the living areas. The spacious master bedroom has a wonderful newly fitted en suite shower room, with high quality walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC. The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed, plus child sized bunk beds. The other two bedrooms have zip and link beds, which can be set up as super-king beds, or split to form two single beds in each bedroom.

Walking up the stairs, the large gallery windows offer stunning views of the duck pond, Corfe Castle and the surrounding countryside. There is a newly fitted, well equipped kitchen and breakfast area, with a door leading into the superb open plan sitting room and dining room. This room features beautiful beams and sloping ceilings and provides a wonderful room to relax after an adventurous day out, with ample space for everyone to get together.

Outside at the front of The Great Barn is a large communal gravel courtyard with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying some alfresco dining. The barns are surrounded by fields where you can sit, relax, and admire the outstanding views, plus there is plenty of open space, to walk through the fields, or let the children run around and play games. There is natural play area with a children’s castle, tree swings, slides and grounded boat for the children to enjoy. For the adults there is an undercover area to play a game of table tennis or for some outdoor fun, a croquet set.

There is a fenced paddock for dogs to enjoy, and run around in off lead.

Scoles Manor Barns are set in a wonderful location, within easy reach of the delightful seaside town of Swanage, the historic village of Corfe Castle, the beautiful sandy beaches of Studland, and Worth Matravers the start of some of the most scenic walks in Dorset.
